I would much rather Oregon hire Kiffin and LSU hire Sark. Blows up Saban's plan, weakens Bama, and strengthens LSU.

For real. I mean ESPN has a history of nuking deals that would help LSU.. so maybe it was really a done deal
Terms were set and agreed to and ESPN said nope to protect their interests

Herman would be at LSU if Strong could have found a frickin way to win 7 or 8 games this year. He would have taken Texas any day over anyone. Outside of that he was going to LSU. Alleva is for certain it was Herman's agent who leaked it to have Texas boosters to grab the Texas administration's attention. ESPN just liked to outcome to protect their interests....
