Believe executive sessions are recorded. No meeting minutes. I thiink they have gavel in and out in open session.

I was referencing the regular meeting minutes, which would show nothing other than they went into executive session.

I think they have to post an agenda. If they just gavel in and out of executive session, there would be no open session meeting minutes either.
Most boards negotiate terms in executive session. It would be highly irregular for any board to approve a contract in anything other than open session.

They wouldn’t be approving a contract in this meeting. That wouldn’t happen for months. They’d make sure everyone was on board though, in executive session.
Like I’ve been saying, no minutes or agenda from this meeting would tell anyone anything

Chicken needs to make resources available for most of you folks who will be having cardiac events and strokes when we don't name a new coach until after Christmas.
