Doesn't mean shite and an utterly laughable point.

Big fricking deal. You're hiring a top football coach not a new pastor at the church.

WHy do you have to post such stupid shite? He has been on Jordy's show for a while..Frank Wilson comes on it every week, is he angling for the LSU job too? They are coaches in Louisiana of course they are going to go on things like this to talk about their programs.

Our last two championships were a stretch. One was lightning in a bottle and the other was with another coaches players. Also with everything else going on here and in the state, there’s not that much that’s appealing

The last 3 coaches which are all recent memory by the way won national championships. What other school can say that?

Schools with every advantage in the world ie georgia, Florida, USC can’t say it. Texas and OU can’t say it.

We have the regional talent, we have the national prestige and we have the money to pay.

If we aren’t a top 5 job or at the very least a top 10 job I don’t know what is.

As far as the state and city is concerned we pay more than enough to pay for a nice home in ccla and the kids private school tuition/the tuition for u high.

At the least though, Napier doesn't come off like a childish psychopath lol. We dodged a bullet in more than one way by not landing Herman

Because Ed O sure never acted childish.

You are certified retarded. There's no comparison between these two. And no similarities between them either. They should not even be mentioned in the same sentence

You mean besides their career position coach experience?

Coach O was at Ole Miss and got to be HC at USC for some time. Far better experience than ULL.

You're right. Coach O actually coached at top programs before his time at LSU. All the same he was a terrible hire.

I hated the 0 hire and melted hard when it happened. Didn't think the model would work, was proven wrong in 2019, only to be be proven right after.

I do see some similar arguments made to support hiring Napier but I don't think it's really the same situation at all. He doesn't have the flash of hiring Riley or Franklin but I think he could do really well at LSU.

Personality. Herman is severely flawed.

I don’t remember anyone complaining about Herman’s personality when he was coming out of Houston.

Would you say he's a tenor, baritone or bass?

If baritone let's hire him.

I guess now we should judge a coach by his style of speech.

You Napier-bots are being dramatic. Sans a few phrases like “put our players in the best position to be successful” or similar, the dude sounds and acts NOTHING like Saban. He seems to be a good coach but this ridiculous “second coming of Saban” crap is obnoxious. His demeanor at the podium and on the field is nothing…NOTHING…like Saban. It’s almost laughable how hard y’all are pushing this narrative.

Why do y’all not want Napier? Because he’s the coach at ULL? It would make LSU look weak or inferior if they had to hire a coach from a surrounding school in LA?

LSU is without doubt an elite landing spot. There are very few places you can nearly guarantee success. This is one.

What is the difference between Tom Herman coming out of Houston and Napier?

Herman likely had an even better resume.
