No, he won 1 championship his second year at Oklahoma and lost (to LSU in 03 and Florida in 09 BCS games) in his only other sniff of a championship. Actually his record at OU was not as good as Riley's is now. And it was still the same schedule basically. He is 63 and not a long term hire.
