Why would any coach coming in get rid of Baker? If you are looking for someone to groom, Baker is the guy. He looks to be on the same level as K. Smart. He definitely has the defense performing well considering you have not had your QB on defense, Weeks, for 4 games now. Has the D been perfect, no, but if the offense had half a pulse these games would be a hell of a lot closer.

You are going to pay Cignetti his current rate and you are going to pay Elko his current rate?
That would be $50M/year or more. And what motivation do Cignetti or Elko have in making a downward move?

Why would either coach leave their HC positions to be a coordinator? This is beyond ridiculous thinking that these two would be coordinators
