Look. There are two ways to ensure your coordinators won't get poached.
We payed our DC a truckload of money and stipulated in his contract he couldn't leave.

Judging by his marvelous track record in basketball Alleva likes to make certain a program is complete burned to the ground before he decides to take action. Maybe we can expedite the process and have some strippers make frivolous and untrue allegations against the football team so we can just expedite the process
