I'm quite aware of Lane's history, but I don't see him jumping from OM to Auburn. At least not any time soon.
I'm calling 'bullshite' on that rumor. I feel like he's the type that thinks he can build OM into anything equal or greater than what he could accomplish at Auburn, he probably sees them in fairly similar standing.

Seems like Auburn would have knew who the new coach was by the timing of the Gus firing. Recruiting is gonna be horrible for Auburn.
