There is absolutely no way they paid a 21 million dollar buyout to hire Steele. This is Steele trying to get consideration. I truly believe they have already agreed with a coach

I don’t. Everyone acts like these ad’s have a master plan when they buyout coaches. Usually the process is bungled and we discover these guys are making it up as they go along.
