A very vague, general statement regarding the status of the coaching search tomorrow. No names, no specifics, but simply words of encouragement to Tiger Nation. Whether a lie or not.

I don't know if that would help any more. The only think that will salvage this is delivering on a well regarded hire. Not even a home run, which I think is off the table at this point.

I think he should release something. There will be a lot of negative recruiting and today was the first day for in-home visits.

Agree. Perception regarding this hire amongst fan base is extremely negative & could filter to recruits if hasn’t already happened. The silence from LSU is deafening
