Assuming both are interested in the job: Brady or Aranda?

I’ve seen all of the stuff about Brady’s disdain for recruiting, potential NFL HC jobs, and so on. I also saw a mention somewhere that his agent said he was interested, so who knows.
Setting that aside: hypothetically, if you are Woodward and it came down to Aranda and Brady, both interested in the job, which would you prefer?

You can’t hire Brady as a HC at the college level yet
I could see him getting an NFL HC gig, but college HC gig is a completely different animal

Tough call:
Brady: Offensive minded, easier to find a DC to work LSU defense.
Aranda: more experience in BR/LA, more likely to stay longer (not bolt for NFL).
Can I have both?!!!

Aranda. Brady was offered big money to stay around, but he went off to greener pastures . He is an NFL guy.
