I don’t know why the media assumed House was staying because he wasn’t fired during the season

Because they don’t have sources like they used to because the football ops building is being run professionally and they are nobody’s. And now they don’t know what to do with themselves.

They know nothing that the average fan doesn’t know.

Maybe Harbaugh is insane and difficult to work with.

Why would Minter leave a national championship program for LSU?

Better overall pool of talent to coach!

was Baker, Gibson or any other college guy it would be done by now. I don’t think he goes the NFL route again because recruiting is an unknown.

BK knew he was firing House so there is no way he is just performing the search now. I think he has Minter already lined up and just waiting for Michigan’s season to be over then announce.

I don't think it would necessarily be done by now.

I honestly don't think it's minter. It's hard to hire a DC that is about to play for the chip.

LSU is more of a National Championship program than Michigan is. LSU has won 3 since the last time Michigan has.

Why did a very successful, comfortable, well paid, Brain Kelly leave the historic Notre Dame for LSU during one of their most successful seasons in his tenure there?

Things have to “align” but if or when they do LSU is a top 3 program in the country to coach. These coaches want to have a big talent base to choose from and where does most of the talent reside, the entire area Louisiana happens to be surrounded by and inside the state of Louisiana.

If that coach believes he can get those players to play for him and he believes in himself, then that makes LSU a coaches playground. Whoever the DC is might also know who will be helping him at LSU. Working at LSU and under CBK is completely different than working in Ann Arbor Michigan under Harbaugh.

When LSU has a dominant offense/ defense with great coaches on both sides, we can produce some of the best football in the nation. It’s fun to watch and we produce record breaking numbers on both sides. It’s much easier to do consistently at LSU with the right coaches. Sure Michigan can do it but not like LSU can when we have all the right prayers/ coaches.

We would have had another historic (best team ever) season if we had a defense like Michigan this year. We would have been undefeated this season and likely only 1 or 2 loses last year as well. Look if we get the best recruiting/ on field def. coaches here at LSU, we will field some of the best football we’ve ever seen. It would only boost the SEC’s reputation/ credibility as well.

Imagine an elite LSU, Texas, Georgia and Alabama all playing each other??? That’s the future that I would be preaching to these elite coaches and players around the country. Imagine playing home at home games against a good USC, Notre Dame, Michigan, Ohio State, Clemson, Washington or Penn State while LSU is stable, healthy with the great players/ depth and the best coaches!

That would be fun for all of college football! That’s exactly why CBK was brought here, why he left ND, and why someone like Jesse Minter/ Bo Davis would want to follow him here. Not to mention that success at LSU would boost their own monetary goals and future as coaches. Let’s get it bitches!

If it’s Minter, then we have no excuses left to win a title. Watching the Michigan defense against Bama reminded me of LSU defenses of old.
