Arranda and Herman same Alma Mater?

Cal Lutheran. They were roommates for a semester? Hmmmm.... two of the brightest young coaches on opposite sides of the ball...... could be a very lethal combination!!!!

if Herman came here we would have two of the youngest brightest coaches in college football. it would def be exciting.

do we really want friends coaching together? seems to create complexities that can make things uncomfortable...but if forced to accept Herman and Arranda, I will!!!!

If the friends are the best at their respective roles??? I run a small business with one of my best friends and it has worked great! We have never had a cross word..... he is better at some of the things I lack and vice versa. We compliment each other.
Seems this might be similar...... they are on opposite sides of the ball. Totally different than Lester Miles and Cameron Cameron.

Les was saving Cam after he was fired from his last job.. Not really the same thing in the Aranda/Herman scenario.. Id love to find out if it will work
