Hire Fritz for what? Do you not understand that whatever the hell kind of argument for Fritz is the same argument that was made for Morris and he produced some of our worst teams of all time?
Both of them took over terrible G5 spots and were able to get them at 500. That should get you a sec west job? That's dumb as hell

Football is football. Coaches say that all the time. Leading a program is leading a program. Now, if you want to argue the SEC is too big for him (looking at you Miss St) then that’s a different argument. However, to dismiss his experience just because it was at lower levels is idiotic. I guess Urban Meyer’s experience at Bowling Green was irrelevant as well? Utah made a blunder getting him! Buffalo really wiffed by hiring a D3 guy in Lance Leipold.

Who IS going to take the Arkansas job? I'm hearing that they turned down Leach, because they wanted Kiffin instead. Then Kiffin straight up screwed them for a better position. Norvell to FSU. All of their options have begun to disappear, and they will have to take a chance on an up-and-comer from the lower levels.
Word is Harsin wanted the job as well, but they weren't interested in him either. Now the boosters are pissed at the AD, and want to can him. So it really is a Tennessee type of search ...

You went from a run and shoot offense with Patrino, to JLS who was a placeholder, to Bret Belima which was a complete philosophy change. To an air raid Chad Morris, again complete philosophy change. Your roster is a hodgepodge of upper level G5 players.

Dude I played football at the FBS level. I also was an all conference decathlete in college. I know football. Arkansas is in the very worst position roster, scheme and athletic staff in all of the P5.
But the delusion amongst the fan base is near the top of the P5. Kiffin played y’all for Ole Miss, which is a program that should be a step below Arkansas. That just goes to show what kind of state the program truly is in.
All the money in the world, great facilities in a decent part of the country. Not a fertile recruiting ground, but traditionally strong ties to the DFW area. Yet y’all still stink.
