Look who it is, the guy who bashes a legitimate coaching candidate is whining about his candidate not being given proper consideration!!!

For the record none of the past interim head coaches have been made a full time coach in last 5 years other than Clay Helton.
Orgeron should be the last person they approach about the job.
Orgeron should be the last person they approach about the job.

Dumb hypothetical. If he continues, and that is a big if, to win and play well, it's a no Brainerd that he should be our guy. If he loses a few on the way, then yes that is not the case

Les didn't have that either in 2005 and look at the impressive record he had.
People keep bringing this up but from my understanding Les was not LSU's number one choice. He just so happened to work out

People act like a coach can't improve... IN OVER A DECADE.
I believe he would be better but you could give him 100 years between stops and he still wouldn't go from worse than Curley to elite or even very good.

Agreed. It really is sad so many are ready to give away the job based off of beating these three teams we faced. No cares given about previous records, playing an actually good team first, etc.
I was lambasted yesterday by an O supporter saying that you dont hire someone off of their resume in the real world. You hire an old baw who you know can get the job done. He had the nerve to tell me he hoped I wasnt responsible for hiring people in my career because you dont hire people based on their resumes. People in Louisiana are a special breed.

Ole MtgUnderwriter finally found the coaching changes board!
p.s. not opposed to Orgeron. Just because you like a coach doesn't mean it's that coach or nothing. Most of the people talking about P.J. Fleck are saying he's deserving of an interview/consideration based upon what he has accomplished in four years.
Not opposed to Jimbo, Herman, Fleck, Orgeron (depending how things go and who's available).
Opposed to chip Kelly (not a recruiting guy) Opposed to fedora, (do not think he's a strong recruiter).
Whomever the guy is, successful or not, the main quality I look for is recruiter. Why, If the person isn't successful, then you have players for the next guy to work with.
Ogeron was not a bad hire at ole miss. He wasn't successful, however, Nutt had players to work with and won. Archer was a bad hire, poor recruiter, coker a poor hire, poor recruiter. The last thing you want is a total rebuilding Job due to hiring a poor recruiter.

It's not a hypothetical. It actually happened

I'm not sure he knows what hypothetical means

Maybe he does but all the Pro-O people have washed the O-Olemiss years from their brain so it's like it never happened
