I mean its to the point that even the recruiting guys on TA who almost never comment on stuff like this are saying they are hearing A LOT of stuff about kiffin taking the Florida job
Have such a hard time believing anything is done/announced before Thanksgiving but wild shite is out there

Yeah, that was pretty stupid of Ole Miss. But you have to think. Kiffin has been doing this to them since he got there. I’d probably be fed up too. But you can’t give him an ultimatum.

Ole Miss must have felt he leaning Florida so they forced Kiffins hand by giving ultimatum.
Kiffin is covering his bases.
Ole Piss is covering their bases.
I just don’t see why Sexton wouldn’t milk the situation LONGER to get more money unless ultimatum came down !!!

Who knows what he’s going to do, but ole miss will give him all the time he needs during the regular season. If it comes out he’s leaving for UF, he won’t coach the playoffs. Seems like the Ole Miss insiders are 50/50 on what they think he will do.
Not that it means anything, but none of them really mention anything regarding LSU outside of the fact that LSU would almost assuredly make a run at him but didn’t see any confidence on either side. We’ll see

Not an ultimatum but it’s logical sense. He knows and ole miss knows that if he has a done signed deal with UF then in no way will he coach the playoffs.
