We offered the job to Gus, he said he wanted to see what Auburn was offering, so we said "frick you we've got someone who wants the job" and hired our DL coach.

The irony of both Jimbo and Herman turning that LSU Baton Rouge program down this time a year ago leaving you with a DL coach.
