No he’s not getting fired. He’d have to voluntarily leave. Next year is make or break for him though

He could run away to Penn st. But it would be dumb for Penn st to hire a guy that can’t win big. Would just put them back in the same spot they had with Franklin.

Let us not forget that Nicks initial reaction was that Lane should not go to LSU. At the time Verge was talking to him about taking our job. When Nick finally said he didnt have the heart to get back in, then and only then did he agree to help Verge land Kiffin
