What this all boils down to is if you thought of Les Miles as a good or terrible coach.
If you thought Miles was above average, then you think Coach O is even better because he's getting better results.
If you thought Les Miles was terrible, and LSU won in spite of him, then you are not impressed by Coach O and think we should find a bigger name.
i personally think Miles was good at managing the program and recruiting, but was way over his head on game day. Coach O seems good at managing the program, but he's not bringing anything new on game day either, he's just not meddling in the offense. So thats slightly better than Miles, but still not going to get us to the next level consistently.
