Alleva has his hands tied!!

Looking at the Polling like almost 50% of the Fanbase wants Orgeron. Orgeron has like 43% and if you add in Aranda brings it to almost 50%. The next closest is Fisher but way down and less than half of Orgeron. I do not think that Alleva can alienate half the Fan Base. He has got to sell Tickets. You know here if people like you they like you and if not they will never like you. He cannot bring in Fisher who like 60-70% of the Fanbase does not approve of. He has got to go with the Fans or it is like saying yea I want your Money but screw you otherwise!! Alleva is running a Multi-Million Dollar Business!!

I know I'm not a LSU fan but you DO NOT pick your head football coach and pay him millions of dollars because of some internet polls.
I've said this in regards to this search before but some of y'all really devalue the LSU program. And a few of y'all are dumber than a turnip.
There shouldn't be one single LSU fan that would want Orgeron over the other candidates y'all are looking at.
But as a Bama fan, I hope Alleva does make this decision based on fan opinion.

I can assure you that nobody making a hiring decision is looking at Internet polls that could be answered by "fans" who have never attended a game or fans of other programs.

You cannot come to that conclusion based on that poll.
Just because more people voted for Coach O doesn't mean that those same people don't want Fisher, it just means that they'd prefer Coach O. How do you know that they'd be unhappy with Fisher?
Unless the poll allowed you to make multiple selections, its irrelevant to the point you're trying to make.
