How long has be been the coach at Temple?

If Temple stays good, he will get a big time coaching gig soon. I'm not sure if he's legit or if he's a one year wonder. (See Mangino, Schiano, or the old Boston College coach. I'm not saying those guys are bad or even sub-par coaches, but their coaching stock has dropped over the past couple of years.)

He played at Penn State so Imagine he will wait that job out before leaving Temple.

This is his 4th year. 1-11, 4-7, 5-8, 9-3 and bowl eligible. Pretty damn impressive swing.

I was impressed as well. That is one the best prepared teams I have seen. If you can win 9 games at Temple you can win anywhere.

Plus he's a good recruiter. Has a lot of kids from both South Jersey and North Jersey come down to Temple. Let me tell you. Temple is one dumpy area.

Bayonne is a clean blue collar town like an Archie Bunker section of Queens. Clean, safe, good schools and cold as crap tonight.

agreed, Golden is a heck of a coach. I dont care who you are, to even get Temple close to a bowl game is one heck of a coach. Temple has been the doormat for ever, Just hate they didnt win today against UCLA, but temple can be proud of their year.

He’s gonna get a great job. He deserves it for rebuilding friggin’ TEMPLE. That place is a black hole.

I'd say Schiano, just because he has a longer rep and more experience.
