Our academics have been declining over the past decade, the lazy river at the rec was named by Forbes as the biggest waste of money by a higher learning institution in the country and our pride and joy has been demolished in a few short years. We’ve went from Nick Saban to Ed Orgeron, from Mike the tiger riding around the stadium to piped in music, from the classic tiger dogs to not having water in the 2nd quarter, all the good tailgating spots are corporate, they’re squeezing every dime out of us and there’s no end in sight with the way they’re pissing away money.

The good ole boy network is in full swing. We are getting dangerously close to letting these clown ruin LSU.

Thank god Eddie Nunez hired Will Wade.

Cut the head off the snake and start over.

The head of the snake is our good ole boy stolen valor fake Army Ranger West Point douche governor. Show up and vote his arse out next election, how he was elected in the first place is beyond me

I agree solo cam. Clearly time for an academic and athletic overhaul. I’d go even further, we need new SID staff, new PR staff, new compliance staff.

Improve the experience at tiger stadium, because quite frankly it sucks. As far as tailgating, that ship has sailed, they won’t give that money back, capitalism sucks sometimes.

The administration was in place before JBE was elected. I don’t agree with his agenda but I won’t throw stones at someone who served our country.

He was elected because the other option was a trash human being.

This all goes right to JBE doorstep. We kept Lester for another year because of that douche nozzle. I cannot wait to vote his arse out of office. He has done nothing but harm LSU both academically and athletically.

You need a drink for breakfast. Things are not as bad as you make them. If ND had not hit that long pass, and we had won the Citrus Bowl, would your lost be the same?

Thought it was Jindal not the Buzzard that put pressure to keep Les?

You can thank O for that. He's terrible at strategy, a little (just a little) less terrible at managing his coordinators, but he appears to be a master at sleazy Louisiana politics.

Imagine how successfully the OC process could be going if O was committed to really hiring an elite OC rather than simply promoting one of his friends? We might look just as competent as A&M was in hiring their DC.

The fact that so many people on here were actually mocking A&M while this process was going on at LSU shows how effectively they can be played by O and the administration.

They lazy river had nothing to do with the administration, particularly the current administration, as it was a student initiative started by the student government in 2008 or so, was voted on by the students, and was paid for by a special fee instituted for that purpose as part of the upgrade to the rec.

Doesn’t matter who paid and how it’s all about optics too bad the only time our administrators gave a shite about optics is when we tried to replace Les with Jimbo.

Can we get this painstakingly obvious statement stickied? Everybody knows they all need to go. We don't need this posted 25x a day.

Yes it is, and it needs to be dismantled. It is really hurting the program.

So if you vote for something you want in your city in a local bond election but a national news source says it’s waste, you don’t deserve to have that service/amenity because of optics?

Take your national optics and shove them up your arse. The administration had nothing to do with that decision and the current administration wasn't even in office.

No but the LSU PR department is so inept that they can’t explain their way out of an issue with optics.
