Agree, but Hyams is reporting that the USC offense was run by committee. Something about another Helton and someone else along with Tee? No doubt he can recruit though.

When Tee became OC in 2016, he dropped the passing game coordinator duties to Helton's brother or some shite. It seems like Tee and both Heltons had input on offense but Tee called the plays.

Tennessee is such a rebuild/dumpster fire, hiring a coordinator would be stupid. You don't need someone who's going to have to learn on the job.
I know Butch had head coaching experience, but he was a cheese dick. Hire a head coach who has experience and is a stand up guy. Leach, Miles, Cutcliffe, etc.

If Pruitt leaves Bama, Lupoi gets promoted to DC. I think Phil will want Tee for OC.
