A Column of Fire. I thoroughly enjoyed The Pillars of the Earth and World Without End. I'm slow getting into it with my schedule, but plan to binge read asap.

Bama... check out Kiss and Tell by Luke Murphy. It’s his debut novel.

Also, I can’t remember I’d you said you’ve read the Signa Force novels by James Rollins, but they are pretty good. They all have a supernatural bent to them, but I like that. Plus I really like the DARPA stuff.

Harry Bosch series by Michael Connelly and the The Lincoln Lawywr series by Connelly.

The Scott Harvard series by Brad Thor

The Camel Club series by David Baldacci. Actually pretty much anything by Baldacci.

The Alex Cross series by James Patterson.

I have not. Not really into the supernatural thing

I'm starting the Harvard series hopefully tomorrow or Wednesday.

I have read a good number of these books, but grossly out of any kind of order

Aunt shipped me a Kindle Paperwhite overseas for Christmas, and the first book I bought on it to test it out was The Path to Power by Robert Caro - Volume I of IV in his Lyndon Johnson series.

I haven’t been able to put it down. Plus, the kindle fits perfectly in my pocket and I’ll pull it out throughout the day while I wait on something.

The Rape of Europa by Lynn Nicholas.

I like history books, but this one is pretty dry, unless you're an artist or into art history. I am not.

However, this is an informative book. I've read extensively about WWII, but I'm stunned by the methodical, systematic approach the Germans used to steal everything from art treasures to household items from Jews and the museums of occupied countries. It's unbelievable the amount of resources they dedicated to looting, when there were more obvious military needs.

fricking Nazis.

I just heard about this series. I follow @TheRealBookSpy on Twitter. He has tons of great recommendations for thriller and spy type books. If you're looking for thriller recs, follow him.

Reading Shadow Creek by Joy Fielding. Halfway through it. It's OK, just a bridge book before I start the Gray series

Saw that a page or two back and checked it out. Reminded me I had read a couple of the grey man books a few months ago. Signed up for the newsletter.

You guys should also check out Patrick lee’s Books runner and signal, featuring ex special forces dude Sam Dryden. I can remember both of those being really good. Think Mitch rapp but what he gets into is sci-fi related vs counter terror. Not leave the planet sci-fi just save the world sci-fi.

If you are interested/like those then check out his series that starts with The breach. Described as jack Bauer meets x-files. I think a movie was even in the works for a while.

After taking my sweet arse time with Battle Cry of Freedom, I’m finally getting by to some fiction. Started Ready Player One yesterday in anticipation of the movie.

I also have Ready Player One to read. Might not make it before the movie. Too much other stuff I want to read first.

You got till March 30th. I only read for a for about an hour combined last night and this morning and put about 60 pages down. I’ve got a bunch of things on my plate this weekend, and of course Monday night, but I have a feeling I’ll be done by this time next week or a little after. So far it’s a pretty smooth read. Shouldn’t take you much time at all if you want to slide it in between priorized reading.

I know it's a small sample size compared of Millis to Flynn, but after a few of Kyle's books I like him more than Flynn. Its because he's less focused on a the political side as opposed to the let's go whip some arse and kill folks style.
