Been on a biographical/politics/current events kick lately

Now I’m onto some Jack reacher books I’ve put off for a few years

Needed some lighter mindless reading for a few weeks

Personal and Make Me- Lee Child

Liked this story more than I thought I would. Has kind of a Heat feeling to it; more depth than it appears to have on the surface.

Trying to read The Cellist by Daniel Silva but it's clearly a TDS and Jan 6th political hit piece. I had to stop reading Steve Berry because his TDS became unbearable but I'm hoping this is a one and done for Silva. Sadly. I can't finish this one.

The Target by David Baldacci. I read this series a few years ago and decided to read it again. Still good.

Destiny of the republic

First Candice Millard book and from all the Amazon reviews I’ve read, it sounds like anything she does is great

Just finished rereading Ian Fleming’s Casino Royale.

Starting a reread of Daniel Defoe’s Robinson Crusoe.

Reading a collection of G.K. Chesterton’s essays called In Defense of Sanity.

The Life of Andrew Jackson by Robert Remini. One thing about Old Hickory, he was not a dull man.
