Is there any proof of any Stark being promiscuous? And Jon loved/loves Ygritte

Can't remember right off of the top of my head, it has been a while since my last reread, too. Mostly in his conversations with Jon. There were books that he specifically asked Sam to find for Jon on Targ lineage, dragon lore, etc.

Again, it's pretty clear that he thought Dany was the PTWP, not Jon.

Did she run off or was she taken by Rhaegar?

That's because it hasn't clearly been stated yet. Robert believed she was "taken" which started the rebellion. There are others who believe she willingly ran off with him.

Ned seemed to think pretty highly of Rhaegar. That doesn't really fit with an abduction and rape.

Even after he saw Lyanna in the TOJ and Ned promised her...

Yeah. I took it more as she ran off with him. Robert seems like a hard one to love. He's a dick tbh.

Knight of the Laughing Tree, told by Howland Reed's children, who were obviously told by their father who happens to be the only living survivor of the ToJ. (Excluding John of course) She mentions Lyanna and Rhaegar indirectly but says that is another story.

Again, if the readers aren't right about this, it's because he got pissed everyone knew his end game and decided to write around it. I seriously wouldn't put it past him as he seems to hate each and every one of us by the amount of time he takes to write these novels.

Robert was in love with Lyanna, she was not in love with him.

Plus Oberyn mentioned in the show that Rhaegar ran off with another woman.

Yeah yeah, I know the books don't equal the show, but still.

I think that fact lends even more proof into the theory. The show has done no flashbacks and has missed opportunities to get Hodors thinking about it. Having Oberyn say it in the show is likely them dropping hints to show watchers that hey, you might want to look into this a little deeper.
