The Damphair is easily one of the worst characters in the books. Hopefullly Crow's Eye takes care of him.

Honestly, the first one is absolutely pointless and should be removed, and all the Iron Island chapters should be from Asha's POV.

I could do without the iron islands completely. The only thing I need to know is that Theon was born there...went home and betrayed Robb....then came back to be Reek.

Pretty much, Damphair is a perfect example of the character and page count bloat that George started putting in starting with AFFC. None of his chapters bring anything to the table really, could have just added paragraph or two to Asha.

Yeah, I'm basically like that too. I didn't give a shite about them until Asha went North and all of that. The Kingsmoot was boring to me.

I'm not crazy about the Iron Islands chapters in Feast, or Areo Hotah's chapters except the one he had in Dance was necessary. I'm trying to figure out what purpose Arianne has going forward; will she be the one to marry Faegon?
