Margeary will escape thanks to Varys, and Cersei will then poison Tommen. The second Tommen dies, Jaime walks into the Throne Room. Cersei will be thrilled to see him, saying she knew they would die together. Instead Jaime asks Cersei if he knows why he killed the Mad King. Cersei says for the family, and Jaime says no and goes into detail on why he killed him. She'll realize that Jaime is the Valonqar and that she turned into the Mad Queen. As a final insult to injury, Jaime tells Cersei that he secured Tommen's life and that he would have been legitimized through Aegon as a Lannister and held Casterly Rock. He then proceeds to strangle the life out of her.

Definitely think that all of that is going to happen...I could see Aegon wanting to end the enmity between the Targs and Lannisters and legitimize Tommen for Casterly Rock by agreeing to step down from the throne peacefully.
