I still say R+L=J though 
. But to me, Mance's son and Craster's son baby switch does tend to reflect all of the secret Targs from Robert's Rebellion. Jon is the real deal though and is legitimate IMO.

Septa Lemore is Jon Snows mother in your theory then? I have thought she could be Ashara before too or even fAegon's mother. She is definitely not who she says she is.
I'm not gonna say anything is impossible concerning Jon Snows mother. GRRM could really go several different directions with Jon's mother. Lyanna, Ashara, septa Lemore, Cercei, etc etc.
I believe it's probably true about R+L=J. In the eighth Eddard chapter of aGoT in which Ned contemplates the significance of King Robert's bastards. As he muses, Ned's thoughts drift to Jon Snow, a logical segue, but also to his sister Lyanna, the promise he made her, and to Rhaegar Targaryen, implying some link between the three

there are definitely many theories of Jon's parent personally R+L= J seems to be the most logical however it just seems to be to simple

I'd really prefer for that episode to end with Littlefinger telling Sansa about the Game of Thrones. It's going to be like Blackwater and Rains of Castamere to where it will focus on one or two stories tops.

You're overly complicating it. It's pretty clear this is where Jon's arc is heading, and GRRM and the GoT creators have basically confirmed with just implications that Jon is indeed Lyanna's and Rhaegar's.
