“Why, I went to Tarth and saw her. I had six years on
her, yet the wench could look me in the eye. She was a sow

to talk she almost choked on her own tongue. I gave her a
rose and told her it was all that she would ever have from
me.” Connington glanced into the pit. “The bear was less
hairy than that freak, I’ll—”
Jaime’s golden hand cracked him across the mouth
so hard the other knight went stumbling down the steps. His
lantern fell and smashed, and the oil spread out, burning.
“You are speaking of a highborn lady, ser. Call her by her
name. Call her Brienne.”

Jamie being a bad arse in his redemption arc.

You don't think Jon is one of the three heads of the dragon?

If he isn't, the entire exercise of reading the books would be pointless and I would be so pissed off.

3 dragons heads were toss into the river by Ser Darry, one returned red in color.
3 targenyans went to Essos, one of the reverse color returned.

What's more likely, a slave revolt in Volantis or Dany swooping in with her dragons and burning them to a crisp?

Jon being dead would truly cement GRRM as the biggest, most heartless bastard to every pick up a pen.

I will go to his house in NM and camp out if Jon is dead.

However GRRM has all but come out and said that Jon isn't dead.

Of course, this wouldn't be an issue if he'd actually finish writing the books.

I sing GRRM's praises to everyone willing to listen. If Jon is really just dead, I think anyone that would defend the move would be the most blind, biased GRRM homer. It would pretty much just be people trying to show how intellectual they are by being ok with everyone's perceived hero dying.

Roy Dotrice (the ASOIAF narrator for the audiobooks) recently said in an interview that GRRM told him he has "another book ready for him soon." Take that FWIW. Either it's TWOW or the She Wolves of Winterfell.

Plus George has no scheduled trips/conventions until May 30th. And Liam Cunningham let it slip 9 months ago that George was 50% complete. So hopefully he's written a good bit since then and it also depends on how long it takes his editor to edit his manuscript pages for the book.

With all of this evidence, I'm predicting December 2014, Spring 2015, or Summer 2015 as possible dates for the TWOW release.
