But it's really not surprising that they cast Bloodraven; all of Bran's ASoS story ended last season so they're definitely going to use Bran's ADWD story next season.

I think that is a smart move because the warging and stuff is pretty unclear to the hodors. Bloodraven can be used to break that down. Still don't think we are seeing coldhands

I hope that we still get Stoneheart in the show. It would be disappointing if they got rid of her, especially with how she's going to play a big role in TWoW with Jaime and Brienne.

Also, I like this thread on ASOIAF (About ranking the dads of Westeros):

Would be a travesty if for some reason she didn't make it into the show.

ETA - I think she'll make it in.

And Michelle Fairley better play her too. But I would imagine when they film the epilogue chapter for the show that they're going to keep her traveling to the set under wraps as much as they can.

she should just rebuild the Valyrian Freehold.

Jon on the Iron Throne and Dany in Essos. Targaryans would essentially rule the world.

Probably Valyria. I think GRRM confirmed that they won't visit Asshai in the books/show.

Yeah, if they wind up going to Asshai then we will know that Martin won't be finishing the book series. No way he has time for that type of sidetrack.

A short trip to Valyria on the way back might be doable.

It's going to be a bloodbath. My guesses on deaths within the novel:

Cersei
Barristan
Victarion
Theon
Stannis
Melisandre
Ramsay
Roose
Brienne
Aeron
Connington
Qyburn
Robert Strong
Almost all of House Frey
Tommen
Myrcella
Bowen Marsh
Jojen
Hodor (think it will probably be the saddest death in the series)

Stoneheart takes out the Freys in Riverrun, and Littlefinger/Sansa takes them out at the Twins.

For me, Hodor and Arya will be the saddest deaths. But I don't see Arya dying until ADoS; same with Littlefinger and Jaime. I think Dany has a decent chance of dying in ADoS.

So do you think Faegon is going to live through TWoW? And don't forget, JonCon has Greyscale so I'm guessing he'll die in TWoW. Good chance that Doran Martell dies in TWoW as well; it would be ironic since he's been stealthily planning behind the scenes for House Martell for nearly 20 years, and then doesn't live to see his plans come to fruition. Doran's health is definitely declining. Robert/Sweetrobin is definitely going to die in TWoW, IMO.

Oh yeah, Bowen Marsh is definitely gonna die. I hope Alliser Thorne does too; I've always hated him .

Oh and I think there's a good chance that Margaery dies in TWoW. So basically 50% of the main cast is going to die during seasons 6-7 .

And what about Euron? Do you think he'll die in ADoS instead??

And I know this is an unpopular idea, but I think the series would be 'better'/it would be more shocking if Tyrion somehow died. It would be unexpected for sure (and Tyrion is Ser Fat's favorite character), especially since we all think that Tyrion has some of the best chances out of all the characters to survive to the end.

Yep. I think he'll be sitting on the Iron Throne at the end of the novel. I think his character would be pointless if they just kill him off before the end of WoW.

I'm thinking Varys will kill him when he figures out who Aegon actually is and that he's been set up by Varys.

I'm on the fence of Doran dying in the next book. Could go either way, but I don't know what would happen to Dorne without his leadership, which leads me to think he'll live at least through that book.

Oh yeah, he's gone for sure.

I think she marries Aegon and makes sure the Tyrells survive and get rid of Cersei.

I think he'll die in ADoS. Think Asha will join Jon, and at the end of ADoS, she will rule the Iron Islands.

I think he'll live til the end, but there's no way he dies in the next book.
