The biggest selling point for me is the Golden Company, who was founded by Blackfyres and are known to never break a contract, broke their contract with Myr and went to Aegon. That fits their motive of returning home to westeros with Blackfyre perfectly.

I believe that theory. I think Serra Blackfyre was Varys' sister. I do think he is a Eunuch, and was cut to stop him from having a kid. I think his motivational is tied to family and perhaps his sister's dying wish sort of like Ned in a way, and IMO, makes him more honorable than Littlefinger.

I would love to see versions of shows where the villians sometimes win. Going back to childhood shows, it would have been awesome for Mumra to beat the Thundercats just once. And if one time when Voltron formed and pulled out his sword he didn't instantly win the fight.
eta: Didn't have these thoughts as a kid, just when I saw the shows on Adult Swim later in life.
