The green room saved him 6 figures on hair products though. Always have to consider the benefits when talking salary

Larry, you're way overpaid.

Whatever they paid him then and now, it's too much.

$400 buys a lot of pumpkin pie...

I'm not clicking on the video, but saying he made $400 doesn't mean a thing to me if I don't know how many hours he worked that year.

Breaking down game film of hundreds of draft prospects alone is worth more than 400 bucks even 36 years ago. Thiw is one of the guys that pretty much made this whole draft process/mock draft etc stuff so popular in the first place. He sucks and is completely unnecessary now, but he was an innovator back in the day.

What? If he worked 200 that’s $2 bucks an hour. Equity and social justice demand at least $55 an hour

A lot of you people are retarded. Kiper had a historical impact on the NFL draft process.

you are correct. The NFL draft was not a highly publicized event before Kiper came along plus ESPN 24hour coverage.

Mel sounds like he has his nostrils glued shut

He and McShay have the best jobs out there. Label yourself as an “expert” and have zero consequences for being repeatedly wrong.

“That's more than I make here now.” You are still overpaid Larry

Todd! Todd! Todd! I suck at this job!

For those who don’t want to listen to Mel’s whining, it’s $400.

God that dude sucks. He’s a walking cliche of bad sports movie characters.

Bad sports movie characters are based on him not the other way around

And he was overpaid

What did it say

You get what you pay for! Kiper was, is and always will be a hack. He never had any credentials to be a “draft expert”. His identity was created by ESPN.

Well, I was watching ESPN in 1984, and the reason he became popular was because he could immediately tell you any draftable players measurables, season highlights, and pro projections. He was an encyclopedia for that shite. It made him a great interview during the draft previews.
