@Xcalibur2017, I can’t tell you what specifically he does on any given day, but what I can tell you is that any executive of a large organization is ultimately responsible for the success for failure of any initiative in the organization, whether it succeeds or fails. A shitty executive can absolutely cause things to fail even if they aren’t directly involved. This is why you pay them when things go well.
