It seems as though the Cowboys have teamwork and leadership in the organization. Jerry is definitely pushing the PR machine but you can't fake what Romo's speech, Dak cleaning up and Zeke showing appreciation.

lol really. They understand keep the big uglies happy. And you make plenty of money. If they don't block for you you have nothing. Most underrated positions on the field is OL and DL. The trenches are where the games are won and lost.

I realize that. The motivation for the OL/DL to play well likely is that they will get cut from team if the don't, not some gift from QB/RB.
