I used to coach. I like most of what Deion is trying to do, but it always has the tone of racism built in to it. 7 black coaches fired in the sport. could it be that they weren’t doing a good job? 70% of players are black blah blah blah
So what, do they want some minimum of 70% of coaches to be black?

Let’s try that with other sports or business careers and mandate that for each race and culture. It’s ENDLESS & I hate this shit! Ruins the sport & frankly, tired of seeing racial bullcrap all together. In this modern day, there is a “set-aside”, “no-bid contract” or some sort of advantage for EVERY SINGLE gender ans race combination OTHER THAN BEING A WHITE MALE.

What about white males that grew up hard or didn’t have anything handed to them that struggle in life. Not only are they told they they are “privileged” and mis-labeled, but the deck is stacked against them. It just gets worse and worse & im tired of it. When we coached at a certain school one period of my career, it’s was all black team. No scholarships in years, no wins & they had an ex-black coach. He sat on his &$$ into retirement. We went in there with 90*% white staff & won district, had over 12 scholarships in 1st 2 years there. And turned it around because we were good coaches and we cared about our players. This black & white race baiting has got to stop DEION!
