Jim Mora Jr. Calls UCLA’s Upcoming Schedule “A Complete Injustice”
UCLA head coach Jim Mora Jr. was not in a good mood after his team was upset by Arizona State Saturday. So during his post-game presser he took it out on the Bruins upcoming schedule that has back-to-back Thursday night games against Stanford on Oct. 15 and against California on Oct. 22...

They are not student athletes that is just the PC thing to call them. The majority are there with a dream to get to the NFL and they could care less about the class load. The school cares about the dollar and pretends they are concerned about the academic side. We should call it like it is, Athletes that are mandated to go to class to help the image of the NCAA while the swim in the cash the players generate.

Take it up with your AD jackass, and quit complaining to the media. And even more so quit the BS about Miles Jack not getting drafted because he only has three games of tape for this year. You show what a complete a-hole you are saying something so untrue.

We'll, the first Thursday game is a road game, so they would fly out wed afternoon, miss Thursday, catch a late flight back Thursday night. Could still go to class Friday (would be sleepy)

The next Thursday game is at home so I don't see why they need to miss any school for that one

Mora: "It's unbelievable we're calling these kids student-athletes and yet we force them to miss six days of school."

Maybe my math is off, but how exactly does two mid-week games cost these kids six days of school? Obviously they aren't going to class on Thursday, but do they seriously miss class both Wednesday and Friday? What kind of shite is that?

What’s that? Ah — Playoffs? Don’t talk about — playoffs? You kidding me? Playoffs? I just hope we can win a game! Another game.
