Miami Will Hide Empty Seats At Football Games With New Banners.
Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports
The turn out for Miami football games over the last couple seasons has been less than stellar. So, it looks as if the Hurricanes have come up with a solution to hide all those empty seats. In 2016, the school will be hanging these banners from the rafters at their renovated Sun Life Stadium. I guess this isn't as embarrassing...

Someone needs to fix this program.

As long as Baylor can get it back once Briles leaves the program.

USC used to do this at the Coliseum, maybe they still do?

ACC is a joke. Crafted their divisions solely out of the idea of FSU and Miami being in their championship game.

They should move their non-FSU games to Marlins Stadium. It is much smaller, has a roof and air conditioning for the really hot games at the beginning of the season.

It's not like Miami is an established old powerhouse program. Any similarities to Alabma, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Michigan, et al are nonexistent. They changed their name and the game in the 80's granted. Before this they were nothing. There really should be no expectation of their ever returning to prominence, let alone their doing so any time soon. Let them return to irrelevance. Let them RIP with Prince and David Lee Roth.

They need a new stadium; one that's not like 40 miles away from the campus

I'm sure Baylor could loan them a tarp.

Hell, they could learn a little about football from the Bears, too.
