Hate tipping the hat to Alabama, but to have a 12 season streak in the SEC-W is incredible.

Time for this streak to end.

aTm lost 5 games and was Clemson's toughest opponent before the playoffs.

ACC is terrible. If they were in the SEC without their cream-puff schedule
it wouldn't look near as good.

They are an annual 9-3 team in the SEC.

Annual 9-3? Are you stupid? A team that has won 2 national championships in the last 4 years, beating the king of the SEC in both titles, is going to to average 3 losses a year? Yes, they play a cake schedule, but they have the talent and coaching to beat anybody. fricking SEC homers are the worst

Florida St, Va Tech, Miami, and Georgia Tech need to start giving Clemson some competition man. This is sad it’s so easy for them to breeze through their conference slate and they’re not banged up at all like everyone else come post season play.

They don't take the physical wear-and-tear that an SEC team does. They can rest their injured players in almost every conference game. Huge advantage.

Clemson plays charmin teams all the way to the CFP. Its easier to win 2 games for a championship than a full season of 12 plus the conference championship then head to the CFP.

Clemson is akin to Auburn if they play in the SEC

Wow this is stupid

A really cool graphic is the one of Johnny Football's career QB rating plot at Texas A&M ... its nearly flawless, except for 2 games against you know who

With them being in the ACC they are handed 8 right off the bat!

Is the ACC the "tomato can" conference. Seems one team can get on a roll and get 10 wins pretty easily.

They dont play anyone. They know that.

A 10 win season in the ACC is not very difficult.

You can go 10-2, lose the ACC championship game and a bowl game and be 10-4.

3 or 4 SEC teams a year could do that.

The books are cooked, Clemson games the schedule like a master. Here is a simple example, we will use LSU as a comparison. For the years 2011-2019:

Clemson
40 games against ranked opponents
28 of those games against ranked opponents were in regular season play
21 games against top 10 ranked opponents
9 of those games against ranked opponents were in regular season play

LSU
52 games against ranked opponents
45 of those games against ranked opponents were in regular season play
29 games against top 10 ranked opponents
26 of those games against ranked opponents were in regular season play

LSU was great on the bookends (2011 and 2019) but average on the years in-between. I haven't run the numbers, but if you compared Bama's numbers during this time frame the difference would be even more obvious. Clemson is a good team, but they are not so impressive when you look behind the curtain.

"Clemson is a good team, but they are not so impressive when you look behind the curtain" ... uh, no. Clemson is legit. Even though the ACC clearly isn't the SEC, Clemson has done very well in the playoffs: 6-3, 4 NC games, 2 championships. So yes, they've got an easier road, but they've shown they belong when they get there.

The top 3 teams streaks are pretty impressive. But FSU’s obviously stands out due to being the longest still, and, weren’t a lot of those seasons 11 game seasons? Even more accomplished if so.

12 including bowls, but point still stands. 10 of the 14 seasons were 12 games. Other four were 13. Never lost more than 2 during the stretch.
