Why fans think QBs need to be stars their 1st or 2nd year is just beyond me? Don’t’ you know all these schools have 4-5 stars signed most every year. Patience is key with your QB, very rare exceptions. Both Manning and Howard will start for their schools and do well.

Issue with Arch is that he’s not even 2nd string. He was beat out by another Freshman for QB2 slot. If he can’t beat out another freshman, do you think he’s going to sit behind him for 3 years being in the same class? Arch is leaving Texas at end of the season.
