Iowa women's basketball player Caitlin Clark was on ESPN Tuesday and made it clear she does not think LSU's Angel Reese should be "criticized at all" for what she did when celebrating the National Championship on Sunday.

Caitlin is awesome. Or would be if she were a Tiger.

She was never one of the people complaining.

She’s too good a player to gaf about trash talk. She probably talks mad trash herself.

She’s a great player. With a great attitude

Hard not to like her after this and the runner up White House comment.

Totally agree. She has a good bit of integrity (impressive young lady).

I honestly don't understand how this is still being talked about. That was barely even trash talking. The people complaining wouldn't last a single hand at the Bourré table.

She is a ball player. She obviously does not have time for media driven agendas.

She showed some class and hopefully many non-competitors will understand there is truth to the term "in the heat of competition".

Ok, class act.

Agreed. That girl played pretty fierce and just ran into reality. But class act to just drop it. No need

Don't they all have media training these days? Learning how to not hang yourself on national TV and how to be PC so you don't screw yourself outta endorsements or draft ranking?

Some make A's in that class and some don't.

The girls are competitors! They are fine with it. Sad world when everyone freaking for trash talking. I liked it when she did it to South Carolina! It's sports

I’ll tell you one thing about all this, everybody knows LSU won the women’s national championship. This incident has gotten wall to wall coverage.

What's one of the main pillars in marketing...there's no such thing as bad publicity. Everyone wins in that respect...Angel, LSU, Caitlin and Iowa.

High School girls gonna push those two schools to the top of their lists and pray of getting in.
