LSU golfer Sam Burns was named the SEC Player of the Year and First-Team All-SEC. Burns is the fifth Tiger in program history to be recognized as the SEC Player of the Year for men's golf, and the first in 26 years since former All-American Perry Moss received the award in 1991. I have heard he will jump to pro status this Summer.

He comes from $, doesnt need to jump pro yet. I know LSU coaches are having to keep the club manufacturers that want to sponsor him away. I think his family convinces him to stay another season and even possibly stay to get his degree

Quite the opposite. His family is backing him to go pro.

Congratulations to Burns. Great honor. A 2-bit generic golf image instead of one of dozens of pictures of Burns available? F for the lack of effort.

Actually shooting par would be considered perfect.

If not par, even hole in one each hole would be perfect. I guess we'd argue on the definition of impossible.

Hole in one on every hole and pure every shot. No mis-hits
