Jeremy Reper-USA TODAY Sports
Just two days after visiting LSU, former Notre Dame running back Logan Diggs announced that he has committed to the Tigers, where he will reunite with Brian Kelly.

Diggs, a native of Boutte, La., played high school football at Archbishop Rummel and has spent the last two years with the Irish. He rushed for 820 yards and four touchdowns this past season, averaging 5.0 yards a carry.

Diggs will add depth to LSU's running back room, featuring grad student Josh Williams, senior Noah Cain, senior John Emery, junior Armoni Goodwin, freshman Trey Holly, and freshman Kaleb Jackson.

Emery was not eligible for spring practice due to academics, and Williams and Goodwin are still returning from knee injuries.

Almost reminds me of Eric Dickerson with that upright style and high leg kicks. Great decision for the young man, great for the program

Diggs > Emory. Gonna stay that way because Kelly values character and obviously Emory is a different type of character. Solid get

I guess all these guys have agents now, don't they? I wonder if the agent and his staff are constantly researching the landscape in order to find their client a more favorable position elsewhere, so that they (agent) can maximize their profits?
