Anybody who says they just need to practice and stop doing this has never played sports before. Coaches don't make you do serious practice during the whole practice. They'll mix in some fun here and there. Practices are much more successful and players work harder when they are in a good mood and their spirits are high. Doing nothing but work in practice can be demoralizing.

Agreed. I would be curious to know how all of these injuries are happening. Is it in this drill? I don't think it proves anything except some sort of bragging rights. Get rid of it. Wasted time.
