Does his arm slot look really low?

Ball's coming out HOT and accurate to boot. Dude puts some more weight on that frame and gets a year to learn that offense, and he's going to be legit.

Are #31 and #41 linebackers? I hope they aren't coming out the backfield.

Ask Brett Favre's receivers how many fingers he broke? If he's accurate, look out SEC.

A lot of those drops came from the receiver not being able to handle such a fast throw aimed right at their head. They need to get better at that, because having a QB that is described as throwing "comfortably catchable balls" is just another way of saying "noodle armed". You want the ball to get there as accurately and quickly as possible, and if it's headed toward their forehead, there is no excuse not to catch it at this level.

#'s 41 & 31 need to find a new position asap. More drops than Donald Trump's approval rating.

A lot of those drops looked like they came at the hands of the RBs. Also, MB needs to learn to take a little mustard off his short balls. There's a difference between snapping a ball out to the receiver and throwing too hard... he threw a bit too hard on a few of those passes (which likely contributed to drops). Good thing is that's very correctable and he seemed to hit his spots most of the time.

Agree with Guava Jelly. Most drops were not by starting receivers or backs. I did like the fact that Coach Rob was right there coaching up the RB's. Also agree a little more touch is required on the short passes. Remember, neither Harris nor Jennings could do it, and it definitely hurts your game. Of course, Brennan is at another level, and should master this in no time. Etling should have it down pat as well. Very excited gang! Treating this like a bye week and then we finally get to see this team in action! I can't wait!

Definitely see why etling's numbers are pedestrian from scrimmage reports. Hard to get 60-65% completion rate with the skin on the turf.

@mick look man, most of those drops are by scout team guys and fullbacks. go ahead and freak out like the rest of these little nancys. only you idiots can watch 1 fricking minute of pass skel and jump to ridiculous conclusions.

You been saying similar things for years. Meanwhile the same garbage we've seen/heard about from spring practice HAS translated into the regular season. I hear what you're saying but people have a right to bitch about this offense until proven otherwise.

I saw them throwing late to guys standing still, which was Harris problem. What about leading guys who are running? This does not make me feel good at all.

Most of the drops were from 2 players and they weren't big names. No need to worry at all actually.
