LSU running back Derrius Guice ran an impressive 4.49 40-yard dash in his first attempt at the NFL Combine on Friday. Guice ran a 4.60 in his second attempt.

Guice arrived at the NFL Combine this week and measured in at 5-10, 212-pounds.

He is "quicker" and moves laterally better than Fournette, but that doesnt translate into being better. Fournette has freakish "top" speed. If he runs 100 yards, the second half of it, he is almost 1.5 seconds faster than the first half, crazy speed.

Faster is a misnomer here, the 40 tests for a certain speed. LF has a huge top end that translates to long speed. That is why you have to be careful with this test.
