LSU linebacker Soni Fonua showed off the new face mask shields in a TikTok video and he's clearly not a fan.

"I can’t f–king breathe under this thing,” Fonua said.

In the video, you can see LSU lineman Austin Deculus walk by and say "It's like breathing in a ziplock bag."

When I workout at the gym, I'm required to wear a mask. Any exertion causes breathing problems. I can't see these face shields being anything other than worse on breathing for the athletes.
