I will never understand how self absorbed our culture has become. It's great to work hard, but it's a shame that anyone should be praised for DOING WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO. @schmelly I worked out with gayle hatch for 8 years including the time that Lael Collins/jeremy hill were going around a lot and I didn't want to be the one to say it but this trainer has no idea what he's doing.
