With 11 additions from NCAA Transfer Portal, LSU sits at No. 1 on the 247Sports 2022 Team Transfer Rankings.

The 11 transfers, along with the 13 high school players that signed in December, will give LSU eight remaining scholarship spots they can still fill. Those spots can be filled with transfers, high school recruits, or JUCO players.

Here's a list of the players LSU has landed from the transfer portal so far:

Miles Frazier, OL - Florida International
Slade Roy, LS - East Carolina
Mekhi Garner, CB - UL-Lafayette
Joe Foucha, S - Arkansas
Greg Brooks Jr., CB - Arkansas
Noah Cain, RB - Penn State
Kyren Lacy, WR - UL-Lafayette
West Weeks, LB - Virginia
Jay Bramblett, P - Notre Dame
Tre’Mond Shorts, OL - East Tennesee
Mekhi Wingo, DL - Missouri

There is a very good chance that LSU is not done signing players from the Transfer Portal, so stay tuned as the Tigers build up the roster.

This tells me that CBK came into a ghost town and thru hard work and plowing every field, he's in a better place. Rankings are meaningless so don't read into them beyond what they indicate, not what they imply.

The fact that this is something that is even measured demonstrates the ridiculousness that is CF today…

Do these transfer portal rankings only count what the teams get from the portal and not net result from transfer portal, correct?

Good point...the net value would be an interesting way to look at it.

How many on that list will actually contribute?

Frankly, most considering the revolving door it has been both coming in and going out.

Enlighten us on what that tells you?

Because they recruit at a high level and don't need to reach into the portal often.

Their players are staying and they aren't chasing "portallettes".

Please CDawson, he was as lucky as a shithouse rat to have every possibly thing fall in place perfectly. He showed at every head coaching stop that he was mediocure at best and much worse than that post 2019.
