Former LSU star cornerback Tre'Davious White has agreed to a four-year contract extension with the Buffalo Bills for $70 million, including $55 million guaranteed. Per Buffalo News:
quote:

White, 25, was under contract this year for a salary cap hit of $3.2 million. The Bills picked up the fifth-year option of his rookie contract in April for $10.2 million in 2021. The extension kicks in after the fifth year of the deal, which is why his contract now runs through the 2025 season. In total, White is due $82.1 million over the next six seasons.

The guaranteed amount of $55 million is the most of any cornerback in the NFL, surpassing the $54 million Miami gave to Byron Jones in March. White’s four-year average of $17.5 million also currently is tops among cornerbacks.

Has there ever been a harder worker and a classier man who led by example on and off the field at LSU than Tre’Davious? Maybe it’s just me but this is the best headline I read all week. A real, well-deserved success story

Not as consistent? ML has fallen off sharply since his outstanding rookie season. Thielen abused that mf'er. Basically cost the game by letting thielen get 5 yards of separation all day.
