LSU starting right tackle Toby Weathersby said Wednesday that he is finally back to 100-percent after dealing “heat-related headaches” which caused him to miss two game and multiple practices this season

Weathersby missed the Troy game but was able to play the following week against Florida. A week later the Houston native missed the Auburn game but was able to play vs. Ole Miss in Oxford. Per The Advocate:
quote:

He returned to the field this past weekend against Ole Miss and appears to have put the issue behind him.

“I’m feeling great. I’m 100 percent. I’m smiling. I’m walking around. I’m bouncing on my toes,” Weathersby said. “I might pull out a video of me dunking just to prove how healthy I really am.”

Man migraines are no joke as someone who suffers from them. I always found it funny Harvin got so much crap for them. You can’t think straight. You can’t see straight. You can’t move straight. They are debilitating. I can’t even imagine trying to put on pads and going toe to toe with 300 lb men dealing with one. There’s medicine now that you can take that can get rid of them but it’s got legitimate side effects. Getting winded and nauseous is just one of them. Ordinary pain pills, OTC or script, will only put small dents in real migraines. Hope he’s got his triggers figured out and can move forward 100% without dealing with this much moving forward. Diet, sleep, etc. Heat can be a bigtime trigger too. It’s why I love wintertime.

I am very glad that he is getting past this...can't see how one could have much of a future in football if you can't play in the heat.
